Refunds & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation
Paid plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime by emailing getdeaddictedllc@gmail.com (self-serve cancellation is coming to the dashboard). Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, then the widget automatically continues on the free tier — your site's search does not break.
Refunds
- First 14 days: full refund of your first payment, no questions asked. Email us from your billing address.
- After 14 days: monthly fees are non-refundable, but cancellation stops all future charges.
- Service failure: if the widget file was unavailable for a prolonged period due to our fault, we credit or refund the affected month.
Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay or Stripe within 5–7 business days of approval.
