1. The service

Khoji ("the Service") provides a JavaScript widget that adds client-side semantic search to websites. The Service is operated from India by GetDeAddicted LLC ("we", "us").

2. Acceptable use

You may embed the widget on websites you own or operate. You may not redistribute, resell, or misrepresent the widget as your own product, remove the attribution badge on the free tier, or use the Service on sites hosting illegal content.

3. Plans and billing

Free-tier limits and paid-plan entitlements are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Razorpay (INR) or Stripe (USD). Prices may change with 30 days' notice; early-adopter price locks are honored as stated at signup.

4. Service quality

The widget runs in end-users' browsers; search quality and speed depend on the visitor's device and your site's structure. We target 99.9% availability of the widget file and offer no uptime SLA on the free tier.

5. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding a claim.

6. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time by removing the script tag. We may suspend service for breach of these terms. Governing law: India; jurisdiction: courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka.
